After 20 years of working hands on with skin, one thing is clear.
Skin never behaves the same way year-round.
In the summer, I see skin working harder to regulate heat, sweat, humidity, and increased environmental exposure. Breakouts, sensitivity, and imbalance often show up when routines are too heavy or unchanged.
In the winter, skin shifts again. Cold air, indoor heat, and dryness challenge the skin barrier. Dehydration, tightness, and irritation become far more common.
This is why I never believe in a fixed routine.
Skin responds to its environment, and skincare should respond with it.
Atmosphera was built around this understanding. Routines that adapt with the seasons, support the skin barrier, and meet skin where it actually is, not where marketing assumes it should be.
Smart skincare changes when life and climate do.
